Our Mission

Our goal is to provide a safe and enriching experience for children through their time spent at Kids Connection. Children are unique with different interests, developmental abilities, temperaments, energy levels, as well as levels of comfort. Kids Connection is dedicated to exploring each child's own individual needs. Our goal, supported through our program, is to address each child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in a semi structured and nurturing environment where children feel free to explore the world around them.

Our Objectives

The programs and policies of Kids Connection have been designed to accomplish the following objectives:

1. To provide an emotionally supportive and nurturing environment for all children in our programs.

2. To help each child reach maximum self-expression in the areas of intellect, creativity, self-esteem, and self-reliance.

3.To provide activities which teach and enhance each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

4. To create a positive and supportive working relationship with the families of the children in our program.

5. To encourage and promote a self-directed staff who work well together as a team.

6. To promote continual staff development based on self and professional development.
